A ferry terminal serves the city with daily connections to Pyy, Vaunmax, Zevende, Smightower, Busscastle, Schulmericho, New Atkinos, Knoxvegas and Oak Ridge.
The Port Authority Building sits next to the ferry terminal. Behind it is the ProForce Building (Protective Forces – fire, police and ambulance). The adjacent office building has suites available for leases. Right now, the only occupant is the comedy writing team of Brady, Mochrie & Stiles.
The eastern half of town has plenty of business opportunities as well. Adonis Hall, an upscale sculpture studio of Doric, Ionic and Corinthian columns, is expanding into pilasters and friezes. Why not set up a workshop nearby and become an artisan?
The marble experts have a studio right next to the church. There are several spaces available now in the building for other artisans. Act now, the top floor was just rented out to Bell Incorporated, Schulmania's first custom bell and carillon manufacturer.
Several medical offices are now available for specialists in the tall brick Community Medical Building. Come join our noted professionals who have already signed leases: Dr. Justin Tumblelake, Dr. Bernadette Rostenkowski-Wolowitz, and Dr. David Fortran-Kobol.
How about a career in the markets? The Predation Exchange Building, where fresh game and game futures are bought, sold and traded, sits on the corner near the ferry. There's available office space for aspiring commodities traders...

Several small business owners have gotten old and moved on to Pouncing Acres, the retirement home for old cats (the extra slow mice are sent here so they are super easy to catch for the residents), so there are 4 available storefronts. Why not open a cafe? A boutique? Autographed sports collectibles store?
