Up in The Hills- Part 1

This time we'll see part of the hillside above the city. Known for its spectacular views, and old styled homes, the hillside communities are beautiful and woodsy. The median housing cost here is $450,000 for such spectacular views of the city. Located to the south, these neighborhoods are an example of beauty in the big city.

With lots of forest, the area offers a rustic feel The views are amazing, with a view of the metro area from your home perched high in the hills. Who wouldn't want to live here? Theres plenty of land available still, with lots starting at around $45,000 and as high as $98,500

Waye Loop- A beautiful location in the area, this area is in the middle of a lush green forest and sits perched on the hill side. The views here are amazing.
