SCENE 2:

INCOMING NEW CITY COUNCILMEMBER PHATTS SKABETTI, DISTRICT 13

Goes To Work On Election Promises

New councilman Phatts B. Skabetti Sr. defeated outgoing councilman Elmer Fuddson who sat on his "tuffitt" for 12 years on city council and have no accomplishments to show in his legacy. Word down on Hollywood & Vine Streets has it hat Fuddson was on the Baynes payroll and was paid to do nothing. Skabetti promised citizens residing in his far northwest district in Polk County, that the first thing on his agenda is to fund investigations in the strange occurrences out at the old Talbott Farms - a 200+ stretch of abandoned overgrown wooded property. The farm compound is standing but not inhabitable. .(Click Pics to enlarge)

Today, a special City Council Session scheduled at 1pm Simcific Time (s.t) between incoming and outgoing members. New councilmembers vowed to begin fulfilling promises made during the election on 'transition day'. Lets see if the Skabetti's keep their word. its ironic how each seat were replaced by a "Skabetti".....

This morning , before the town hall meeting , both groups are gathered for a breakfast at two downtown eateries. The incoming new councilmembers are at this time, having their first breakfast down at Mamma's on Travis St. Aunte Jenny (mom's sister) is manager here and she told me earlier that she's not looking forward to serving "those M-bers" and hopes they make elsewhere their regular watering hole once things are in full swing at city hall with this bunch. In the past, members of the "SimMOB" managed to gain seats on council and townsfolk refer to these as "M-bers as "Mob Members" .(Click Pics to enlarge)

Across Travis Street, the outgoing defeated council members are over at their regular watering hole, "The Lustee Leopard". Enjoying one last breakfast before turning over their office keys (I am sure they have made 'copies'). Everyone has a funny feeling that this will not be the last that either of these Ralph-Malphs will be seen or heard of. Lets wish them a Far Far 'going away' ....(Click Pics to enlarge)

Looks like the entire Peyton Place - Stepford island Region and towns inbetween are here . The courtroom is full beyond capacity , they are using the jail and other annexes for overfill. And still, it doesn't resolve the overcrowding in the steets down there! Traffic is at a standstill, not even emergency vehicles are able to maneuver through downtown streets! .(Click Pics to enlarge)
