HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM PEYTON PLACE - STEPFORD ISLAND
New Council Members and New Venues For 1957
Troy and Darlene looking down from Ft. Sanders Hill on the north end of town. They remember when this was once new subdivisions. Their folks recall a time when this area was just cow pastures and farmland. Over the years, people moved further to the suburbs and this side became desolate for many years. New city council and business deals is revitalizing the area and some homes have been renovated.(Click Pics to enlarge)

NORTH SUNNY SIDE REVITALIZATION: Looks like City County Road is becoming a bustling inner city metrop! McGraw's was the only thing open for years along a dark stretch of abandoned businesses! in fact this area was so desolate this bar and area was selected and used in the filming of Vanishing On 7th Street ! The movie is actually playing now up on Inspiration Point at the Spookie Tooth Drive-In!!!!

Mamma's re-opened and we will be hanging out back at our usual hang out here on out!
and of course - GREEN DAY rocked it!
They Filled the High School Stadium to the top and
the Aquatic Center across the street was over capacity too!
