COUNCILMAN SKABETTI ARRIVES IN DISTRICT 13
Goes To Work On Election Promises
The day after the special session held in the Town hall, Skabetti arrives in Talbottsville, a tiny town northwest of Peyton Place in the district where odd things occurred over the past 30 years. The entourage caravanned out to the old Talbott Manor where only 3rd generation wait staff reside in the mansion/compound. Only legends circulated among the townsfolk are what seem to be the "life" of the Talbott family, but, this investigation may finally document what happened to this wealthy family and hope to reveal if any are still living.. .(Click Pics to enlarge)
As the police-escorted caravan winds its way through the Stepford Memorial Gardens SIMetery, passed an old ghosttown of a neighborhood, it finally snaked around curve after curve uphill when they reached the old manor at the dead end. Mysteriously, the sunny Sunday 12:30pm seem to turn dark, cloudy and deep fog.. Skabetti walks up to the main door and about to knock just when the heavy thick wood and metal door creeeeeeked open. Skabetti found himself stared down by a grimaced faced sim who must be the head housemaid.. .(Click Pics to enlarge)
She led him to the top of the stairs, then instructed another servant to assist the councilman to his accommodations and next whispered something in the servants ear just before darting away into the darkness of a damp unlit corridor. The councilman finally reaches his room located at the end of a long hallway yet in the only part of the mansion that appears to have life - the west wing.
Just as he was unpacking, laying out documents from the heavy brief case that had a moth-ball smell, he heard a faint knock at the door and an almost whispering voice saying: "Sir.....Dinner in five minutes....." Skabetti rushed to freshen up and made his way down to the main dining hall that is illuminated only by candle light - all windows boarded up where no sun "if it could shine" would be able to shine through. .(Click Pics to enlarge)
Councilman Skabetti takes a couple of old photos from the brief case and stuffs them in the inside pocket of his blazer but holds onto one picture that captured a time when Talbottsville seemed innocent and vibrant. He hopes the house servants and dinner guests may shed some light on the time in the pic with names of those then living and try to gain the confidence of some who may help him dig deeper into this investigation on the whereabouts of living relatives today and what actually happened to the first family. Most importantly to put to rest that there is no "werewolf" plaguing the area whose curse is now spilled over into the townspeople of Peyton - Stepford.

...............however........all planned questions and interrogations left his mind with each step closer and closer to the dining hall to his seat...........
