05. The Urban-Hill Margin - Oak Hill and inner district
This is quite a big update as the covered area is big and there are more images than before (well not really, 11pics in total). Anyway enjoy the visit to the oldest area of Betono

Oak Hill
Oak Hill is the symbol of the city of Betono. In the beginning of settlement people started from the land between the foot of the hill and Benzihor River. Today it is still an important area for the citizen of Betono, and the issue about buidling buildings on and protection of the landscape of Oak Hill is getting hot.
The Oak Hill College is one of the exclusive private education institution of Benzihor Region. Student here preform pretty well among the others, possibly due to the influence of the well-funded education system as well as the nice landscape around them.
The College Drive connects the college and the city. It is the only vehicle entrance to the complex, as well as a way to the walking trail of Oak Hill.
At the foot of Oak Hill here comes the Oak Hill Zoo. Like Betono Aquarium it is a hot spot for families and children in the weekends.
The Inner District
One of the character of Betono inner district is the commission housing estates. Housing is a form of social benefit of Benzihor Region, which provide a cozy home for the people of lower income.
Generally speaking the average income of the citizens in the inner district is not high. Yet the welcoming prices attract people from different places and the area has formed some sort of cultural atmosphere.
The Riveryard Station is an transportation node not only for the city but for the whole region. Besides from city metro, regional trains also depart here.
At night the brightest spot (literally) of the inner district is the Asian quarter. Even though traffic is less significant than daytime, billboards and signs continue to attracts people's eye.

Flavio01997: I absolutely agree with you about the squares of the curved road. I am a novice of tiling and textures so hopefully there will be improvement next time. While I actually like the limestone cliff as a contrasting element:) Thanks for the opinion!
Ace❤: I share the same with you about the cliff! And for the houses, well there aren't many choices for low density tiny little houses as far as I know, any suggestion?

T Wrecks, 89James89: I see your point. I've doubt about the bridge as well. I've tried different combination but you may have seen, the end of the street is SAM1 and if I use street again the parking would have extended onto the bridge (as far as I know if there are no tricks to manually stop the SAM mod?) I think the better way was to build a pedestrian bridge but yet to find any that can fit into the landscape
