Very nice work. I think that mosaic is good, and you should expand on from there. I love how you brought out and showed the rich colors of the city rather than tuning the brightness high. You're getting better already, just keep at it. Photo editing isn't about just editing as much as you can, it's about finding just the right spot ;)

 

Those docks look beautiful by the way. Can't wait to see what more you can do. :)

The fortifications are from toutsimcities, just search 'remparts' and you will find them.  The sea walls are from working man products, which has its own site, and the pedestrian mall tiles were just created in LE.
