Some things I want to critique:

 

It looks like a bit more tropical  "Hong Kong" than a country like the Philippines (which seems to have mixed tropical - Baroque architecture). You might want to look at the slums here in the STEX and some buildings in the CapitalSim website.

 

Oh, and countries like India, Indonesia, and the Philippines have a lot of power lines over the streets. There is a mod for that in Hide-Inoki (I forgot the exact link).  

 

Oh yes, muddy canals are very common. I think you can use a dark brown or green water mod for that.

 

I think you did a good job anyway, even with the extreme lack of choice for custom buildings from the Philippines. I wish there were more BAT - ers from that part of the world, India and South Asia, Africa, and Latin America.

 

Nice! I think you captured the feeling of the place well.

Yeah, I loved it, it looks so much like the videos I've seen of the Philippines :P

This is a building style I haven't seen here for a while, it looks very nice :)
