Thank you all for stopping by and taking time to comment - each and every one makes updating this CJ all the more enjoyable.

k50: I love that fourth picture, the panoramic shot. Sensational job as always SimCoug :)

Thanks! The neat thing when working on steep hills and mountians, each angle turns into a completely different picture.

Bluthlucidity: Great work. I look forward to the next installment; with coal, a rail line, and a port New SorGun is going to boom.

I think Mr. Finch shares your optimism – let’s hope you are right.

NMUSpidey: Holy Toledo, those pictures are just spectacular. Stupendous. Sensational even. Anyways, for going from one entry to the next you are doing a tremendous job. There's always the possibility of getting bored or running out of ideas or a direction to go, but in this one you're doing really, really well. Great work, as always!

Thanks Spidey. I used to lose interest in SC4 with some regularity (but always coming back) – but since I started New SorGun that really hasn’t been the case.

MTT9: Great as usual! Love that new port ;)

I’m glad you caught that… We’ll be seeing more soon ;)

Luiz P. Romanini: I always feel good watching the New Sorgun updates, but this one... felt different. It's like we're watching the beginning of a bold new era for this region!! Excellent update, as always!

You might be on to something… :)

Benedict: Another great update - I really like the fact that the coming of rail has spurred the economy on and we're now seeing the first factories. And another week at number one on BTT - excellent stuff.

It’s always great to hear from you Ben. Yes, factories will continue pop up around the region, spurring future growth.

simfreak90: Too cool! Railroads are my thing, so this made my day. Great update!

Stay tuned, railroads will continue to main driving force of regional development. :)

Paulobergonci: i love how realistic this cj is, cant wait to see modern buildings mixed with the old ones.

Thanks! Considering how much work it is to get the right buildings to grow, I can tell it will be difficult to raze them and make way for newer development. But that is the way it should be :)

MayorOfHell: amazing !!!! is ther a decent workin coal mine on sc4 transit enabled to have in my mountains??

I’m not sure what you mean exactly by ‘transit enabled’. There are many great coal related BATs on the STEX – just search for ‘coal’, ‘mine’ etc. Also, Paeng put together a great ‘cheat sheet’ for coal related BATs with direct links (and new lots!). Hope that helps.

Porter: Quite the interesting update. I'm usually not one for old-timey stuff, but you sir, make me like it. :) Looking forward to the next installment! BTW, congrats on the Mod status!

Thank you Porter. I’ll make a history buff out of you yet :)

Here's a little sneak peak at what's in store for next week:

Its 1880! A new decade, and that means a new census. Stop by next week as we get caught up on developments across the entire region, starting with some big news out of Steamer Bay.

Good stuff, I especially like how you made the transitions of the that custom lot smoother with MMPs.

Good shots SimCoug!! :thumb:
I like the "loco-depot", but the roundhouse is too modern to blend with other buildings. :meh:
