PEYTON PLACE HAS GROWN SINCE THE LAST UPDATE
Wow, since the last time I've visited Peyton Place, we've gotten a monorail transit installed over on the island back to the mainland! How neat is that! Or is it N I F T Y! Old man Edgar Allen Polk and his Partner in crime Vincent Van DeKamp-Baynes (now inprosoned) have forfeited millions that the treasury is spending wisely!

Large portions of the oldtown-Stepford was demolished , saving historic blidgs of course, to pave way for the new monorail and the maiden run with some 6,000 passengers by the end of the day!

Selling off foreclosed acres of land once tied up in the Polk&Baynes (Pork N Beans) scandals. Opening up redevelopment of new affordable subdivisions! This site is the future "Jason Leo Homes" to sit on 200+ acres! Now if we can locate the real estate agent at "16MinuteMan Realty Group" to get some papers signed!

New Schools with larger college-type campuses have been constructed and opened for service. Old schools converted to community centers and agricultural centers.

shame that our old school was allowed to run down. I think the city could have done more to preserve the original school just like they've preserved some old bldgs. downtown and around the city and counties. We plan to go in one weekend and grab all the old senior pics, trophies, books and other important things for memorabilia's

These homes built adjacent to the old Sunnyside Community (formerly PorkNBeens Housing), Much cleaner, no crime and even a senior Sims resident bldg. with parks. The JasonLeo Builders did a great job designing the community and commodities. The courts are still holding hearings on the abandoned neighborhoods/properties, but for now, some streets have been blocked off to traffic and weeds and overgrown trees are yet to be cleaned out.
