Luijnu District

UPDATE 13: Luijnu District
(south hinawa)

Luijnu is located in southern Hinawa, a few miles inland from the bay. It's a popular spot for young locals and considered one of the most up-and-coming areas of the city. The district has a number of shopping, music, and entertainment options including the famous 100 Music Center. In the mosaic above, it is highlighted in the top near the Hinawan Globe Plaza. The building with the smokestack used to be one of Seto Electric's power plants, but was turned into a museum as the company tapped into new power sources. Luijnu has a heavy amount of light pollution due to all the billboards and animated screens. Efforts are underway to solve the problem like replacing old streetlights and digital screens.

The Luijnu Train Station is located in the district and exchanges a number of rail and subway lines. This includes the busy Green Line which takes commuters to the international airport. The nearby plaza is popular with the locals.

Here we see a day shot of the 109 Center. A mix of 1970's and modern buildings adds to the eclectic atmosphere of the area.

The QI Center is Luijnu's tallest tower, and features a large convention center in the ground floor. A busy section of the Hinawa Metropolitan Expressway runs right by it.

Finally, another view of the 109 Center and 100 Music Center as locals head out for the night.
