Welcome back to Geelong. Today we're back in the suburb of Belmont. I recently disovered that theres a cheat to get a list of all buildings in my plugins folder, so i've been going back over the cities to fix up shopping strips and industial areas. I'm still having trouble with the houses, i cant find a way of plopping residential without it being abandoned within a year.

I also added some rocks and trees to make the river look a bit better.

Nice work! I've heard of a few tricks regarding plopping residential (plopping on top of previously grown buildings) but in the end, plopping res will not work and they will abandon eventually.
