Wonderful detail and great textures. Makes me think of Red Dead Redemption, which I'm playing again these days.

Thanks. I have not played that one, but some of the cut scenes on youtube are pretty impressive.

Beautiful scenery and an interesting and entertaining story line are making this one of my favorite journals. Add another follower to your list, I'm all in. Keep up the good work !

Thank you Jetty Jockey, I am really enjoying your depiction of New Jersey as well.

A quick teaser

Word of the New SorGun settlement started spreading in frontier towns like Portland, OR. Folks looking for a slice of land to call their own started hitching up the wagons and heading north. What this would mean for the settlement of New SorGun and the surrounding region is anybody's guess...

I really enjoyed the start of this! I don't want to ask a stupid question, but where did you get all of the Old West items. Are you creating your own lots with props for the CJ? I have looked for similar items that you are using but cannot find anything. For instance the Native American Tee Pee campground? I have played SC since the beginning but never ventured beyond novice to modding or anything. I have just recently re-discovered SC4 and want to take it further (kind of a hobby now instead of a game).

I have always wanted to something similar to this as every city has to of had a starting point, but is hard to do with the post 50's stuff in SC4.

I will keep watching to see the next chapter! Great Stuff!

Thanks efd1205, and its not a stupid question. Like you, I had been playing the game since it came out in 03 (or even further back, since the original SC) and only recently have I been getting into the custom content. I've found most of the content on the STEX and LEX and also over at SimPeg4. I basically started out by searching the exchanges, and every once in a while I would see something on somebody's CJ. A lot of the time, when you find somthing that works, try searching for everything by that author. Ripptide, Onlyplace4, CP, are a few of the authors that have a lot of content that I have been using. The Tepees are actually by Glenni. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask. Thanks for taking time to stop by.
