Pawa District, (Quan)

UPDATE 10: Pawa District
(quan city center)

Quan is a small city of about 1 million residents. It is located in the northern section of the country near the Maugana region and is a central hub for people travelling through the countryside. The Pawa District is lined with canals and mountains that split the city into different sections.
In this mosaic, we see a night shot showing off the mountains, the sports arena, and numerous skyscrapers. Many agricultural firms have also set up HQs here due to the city's close proximity to farms.

Quan is known for unconventional architecture. It was common for eccentric businessmen to snatch up land in the hills and build strange buildings. Here we see a midnight rainstorm...

The Quan Sports Arena was built in 2002 in what used to be an unattractive parking lot. The locals enjoy the interesting design and nearby plaza.

We'll wrap up the update with a look a few miles north of the district, home to the secluded Tuak residential neighborhood. The prime minister's summer residence is located here.
