Very nice update! I like the marina - is it west along the cliffs, or east across the Kilroy Bridge?

Also, I like how your smaller towns are nestled in the middle of the trees and have clearly-defined borders, without the sprawl of a larger city. The row houses are cool too, especially how they are not on the current main drag of Spring Valley. To me, that is very realistic of some American towns - the older sections aren't always on the current main drag through town.
