Alcesia - Nearly Natural Growth
A Little History:
Alcesia, named for the Moose that were extremely prevalent in the marshes to the southeast, was once a tiny fort village far to the north. Now, It is still a small town, but the Agriculture business has recently boomed. Now, Shipping the produce away is causing the town to burgeon. Ships now come just to trade, the port has become that popular, even though it is small. As of now, Alcesia is effectively the North Terminus of the Coastal Highway One, a National Route similar to US Route 1 (that is part roadway, part highway, part expressway). But No 4 lane sections exist north of Alcesia, and the Road is rarely traveled but by locals.
