Cumberland - City Center Mall
The Riverfront of Cumberland is dominated by a strip of land betwwen Market and Water Streets known as the Mall. The East portion of the Mall contains the East Commons, a gathering area for citizens of Old Cumberland, now a place for concerts and rallies:
The Cumberland Public Library is located on the Mall, East of the Center:
At the Center, Defined by State Street (the N/S Avenue), is City Hall, containing City, County and Federal Offices, as well as some of the most architecturally stunning Offices and Hotels in Cumberland:
West of City Hall are the Cumberland Herald Sun, the Regional Newspaper and the Harrison Art Collective Museum:
Further Still, ath the West End of the Mall are the Opera, Police Station and County Court:
