@NMUSpidey: Thanks. Yes, about 25% of the sims commute on it (this tile). The light rail is laid out to be more of an aesthetic regional transport tool than to maximize efficiency in each tile, otherwise I could get it higher.

1. Some people have extreme taste in painting their houses.
2. The secluded, richer sections of town.
3. Part of the small commercial district.
4. Manufacturing Warehouses and a police station on the edge of the residential district.
5. One of the town's thriving industries.
6. More industry.
7. The city at dusk.
8. Working Late on Hillside Blvd.
9. The hospital can certainly afford to waste electricity.
10. Starting the night shift.
