My advice is to watch through STEX and LEX for new buildings, that's far too Maxis.

I Agree with Skimbo, you should download some new buildings and make your cities more realistic instead of ... well Maxis.

Meh, some Maxis stuff works out fine. The only ones I would be overly concerned with replacing would be the airports. There are some *really* great modular packs out for airports, between the STEX and some Japanese sites. Also, there are some really great schools out there too. Feel free to send messages to find some of it!

I can't. My Computer says it does not Recognize the Files so it can not Open them to Install them. I have A windows 7 Dell Intel 17. Any Ideas?

No unzipping them? You should be able to unzip them onto your desktop and then paste them into your SC4 Plugins folder. Failing that, are you able to download and use WinRAR? Maybe using WinRAR will enable you to unzip the files and put them into your plugins folder.

Go to your downloads folder, right click on the file you downloaded (the icon should look like a file folder with a zipper up the side) and then click on "Extract All". I usually put the files to be extracted on my desktop where I can then highlight them all easily to be cut from my desktop and pasted into my SimCity Plugins folder in My Documents (or just "Documents" or whatever Windows 7 is calling that place).
