Hartford is a city in the west of Mayon Province 2.0. Access to Hartford is in two way´s from Roghue Island Highway 4 East West or Highway 5 wich run North South along Roghue Island and further. What we see here is a double deck RHW 4 Highway. Upper level is Highway 5, Lower level is Highway 4 wich makes a deep tunnel dive under the center of the embankement so there´s room for a city side RHW conneciton, a rail link and aswell a avenue !
