My First CJ: Narnia

I am using the Simeleon Modd that gives extra money.  I am also using the cheat that unlocks all of the rewards.

I am using the region called Maxisland.  Below is a picture of the area that I am using.





THE CITY ITSELF (NEW YORK)


The city I am going to show you is called New York.



This is a picture of the very beginning of the city. 



Now the city is starting to get a good population.  The population is around 25,000.  The city just exploded!




I'm just trying out how a CJ works.  I will be back in a couple of days with more pictrures.  I will also have pictures at night. 

Narnia is only the name that i picked.  It has nothing to do with the movie.

Good Job for your first CJ. I'm just curious, is Narnia just a random region name or is this suppose to be like the Narnia from "The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe"?

^^ Well, I'm guessing if he is going to use Maxisland for the set, then I doubt he is actually going to capture the true landscape of Narnia. I believe it is just a name... and if I'm wrong, sean can correct me.

As for the CJ itself, I can't see any of the photos for some odd reason. I'm not sure why...

Can anyone else see the photos??

Edit: Ok... the images appear when I refresh the page, but exactly 2 seconds later, all the images compress and are no longer visible.

Nice to see a city starting from the beginning.

May I suggest du terraform a little before setting up infrastructure and zones, for me it looks always a little strange when the houses sit somewhere like organ pipes.

Here is an update #1

This is a picture of Narnia Int'l Airport.


Thousands of sims fly through this airport daily.  When I put in this airport, bussiness demand grew.



Next is the casino that supplies New York with its gambling.  The casino also has an adjoining beach.



Small Downtown

I'm just now getting a small downtown. 



Above is an arial shot of my whole city.  The area with the no job zots I corrected later in the game.

The name of this city is Athens.  The population is 104,000.  Athens is located East of New York.
