I agree with chitownplr. There aren't many chicago buildings on the STEX. I'd really appreciate it if someone with awesome BAT skills could do this, especially the buildings that were mentioned above.

I've noticed something odd that is missing from the STEX, Atlanta buildings! Atlanta features some wonderful architecture, especially when it comes to skyscrapers.

how bout making a real working ski lift style cable car (not the san fransisco type) that transports people would and daring simarchitect be willing to try and make that, possible to be layed in a simelar way to the pylons but that transports people would be ace. it could really open up mountainous towns

Great stuff on the Exchange, as always! I don't know if people with BAT skills actually bother to look here any more, but anyway, I think that some more of the New York buildings would be fantastic; I propose:

I'd love to have a few Chicago grocery stores like Jewels and Dominick's.

A few restaurants like Leona's, Giordanos, Connies Pizza, Harold's Chicken Shack, and Eduardo's Pizza.

Gas Stations Like BP and Amoco.

And no city would be complete without a few Currency Exchanges and liqour stores for your $ sims.

I would like to see a set of over hanging lots that give the illusion of the water flowing under land so you can place houses on top of rivers and still have it looks like the water is flowing down the river under the houses. Another thing i would like to see is overhanging lots imitating drains so that it looks like ur city may have a stormwater system.

I doubt anybody will actually read or respond to this post, but I feel the need to post it. I'd like to see some Sydney style railway stations.

Central would be great too (it's really an outstanding station, and the terminal and through platforms could be BATted seperately if need be (they're physically quite seperate except for the underground passageways).

I'd also like to see a station somewhat akin to what you see in Wollongong also (for rather obvious reasons; look at my most recent map on the STEX). Further, a few more midrisers (5-10 storeys) would be nice, as Wollongong's CBD isn't exactly tall.

It sure as anything has LOCATION though.

I'd love to see a remake of the "Van Nelle" factory in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

It's, imho, one of the most beautiful semi-modern industrial buildings  in the Netherlands.

Today it's used as a design-factory, full of galleries, artist-workshops, etc.

These photo's do unjustice to the true beaut and splendor of this industrial building, it's absolutely gorgeous, and I'd really love to have this building (or something like it) in my city.

I would love to see some more industrial buildings... the Van Nelle building posted above is beautiful and would be great. 

I go to school in Maine, USA and all over the place are MASSIVE paper mills.  They fit great into any small town in a forested area, but also could be scaled down to fit into an urban industrial area. i think we need some new industrial buildings, and this is just a simple example.

yea for my upcoming region that im planning ill nead a realistic colege in the city i live in...the grande prairie regional colege(gprc)my cj is gonna be on my hometown...so please help me..please

The colege is the most noticable building in the city mostly because its on the route to alaska..

i would like to see a modern highway, that you can build the over the avenue. so it will fill that ugly gap underneath the highway and you will save a lot of space
