Ok i have seen pig, cows, chicken... heck even a llama farm, but i have not seen a sheep or a goat farm. Could somone make a farm with goat or sheep. Myabe one for sheering, one for milking and one for slaughtering. Or all in one

I would like to see something like a Fedex, that would actually help with freight trips...place it in the middle of an industrial area, to increase demand, and drop freight trips from long to short, or even a small airfield devoted exclusively to cargo. Joerg's modular piece appears to more eye candy than functional. It would give us another option besides rail and seaports. In reality most freight these days is shipped by air...

More trucking companies for the same purpose...U.S. Commerce would shut down without them.

I think one thing that is missing from my modern, sprawling commercial districts is car dealers.  I think someone should create a realistic series of auto dealerships, dealing in Ford, GM, Chrysler, and import cars.  Some should be smaller, like 2x2, but others--higher wealth ones--should be appropriately large, like 5x5, for instance.  Of course a realistic dealership would include at least one large glass showroom attached to the offices, at least one garage, maybe some pole buildings, and maybe even a car wash.  There should also be areas of trucks, of cars, of new, and of used.  Also, some dealers also have pedestal-type platforms facing roads on which the best cars on the lot a put.  Oh, finally...no parking garage.  Car dealerships I know of don't have ramps for their cars.

It would be nice to have a line of dealerships the calibur of some of the great commercial lots I've downloaded from this site.

We have hotels, appartements, swimmingparadises, tourist attractions, etc etc.. but where are the Campings?? They will make more realistic tourist areas.. maybe someone can make those.. but I think not as one lot but with different ones..

 

for example:

-lots with caravans and tents on it

-toiletbuildings

-reception

-swimmingpool

-paths

-reception

-bar/restaurant

-camping supermarket..

 

And what about some bungalow parks... with bungalows and a big central building with a subtropical swimmingparadise...??

 

Furthermore governmental buidings would be great also for the Internations CJ's .. like different cityhalls (big-small, historic-modern) courthouses, state departements, al kind of offices.. customs/immigration/labourbureau etc...

I'm going to a gimnasium (high school) that is situated on a hill and I've been searchin for something like it to build in my towns. But in all this time i haven't found anything that would look at least a bit like it.

So i'm desperat... (I don't know how to spell it ) and I'm asking everyone: COULD YOU MAKE IT FOR ME?
