Great Zoning, No people...

Hi. I have around 20,000 thousand people in my city, and I was trying to zone last night and I zoned around 4 new places with  fire stations schools and parks and hospitals and police stations all in a highly deserbility area but I havent seen any development yet in a while please help!

Is demand High-Enough?? If not, then increase the number of jobs for your population before bringing in new sims in your city.

Also include Flower Gardens and Tennis Courts in your new residential zone as they are great demand busters for residential.

Another hint will be to just wait and watch. Sometime it takes almost a year for people to move into your new colony.

when seeing your message, skaaater, the first thing I think of are demand busters. When a city grows, it eventually stops growing. It has reached its limit. You can raise this limit by building demand busters, like the ones KoolSim already told you of. The best demand buster for you is the flower garden. Also, a Minor Leage Stadium raises the limit significantly. Try if you can get it.
