I forget around 11:30 to 12:15 minutes I believe I'm not sure. It was a 1.8 mile course. The races are usually 2.2 to 2.5 miles in which my times where slower because it was longer. When we practice we run anywhere from 3 to 6 miles, we don't take our times though.

Hello guys

Here are some pics of me...I'm sure some of you wont believe it, but yes...thats me, the only thing I say is that Time changes your appearance.

Here's a shot that I took, I was going to put on my gallery..as DJ BlueRadiation, yeah yeah I learned how to Dj and I learned how to take pictures like DJs does.

Here's another shot which by means I look like some lazy guy laid in bed.
