I like the size of the park and its shape is nice aswell, but how many people will be living here do you imagine?I mean it seems like 5000 people will be here, but how many will actaully use the park? Not that I'm saying your a low development guy,but unless you zone for a few stage 8's not much will be happing...

I love the road layout and all the details.Even if this is a low development area I still think the overall area will turn out pretty cool. Also if you do place schools I suggest making them have a good road acess and that kinda thing with plenty of parking and feilds for sports....

Other then that great job!44.gif

Thnx guys, i havent been here for a while, my computer crashed but i saved the savegame and plugins... so reinstalled the game and will continue the city.

First its all Low development because i dont like to build direct tall buildings. But maybe later around the park some medium dense will be build. The park is really big, i know.. but it will be used 2.gif .. I connected all the walkways around the city so people can really walk from east to west trough the whole city 2.gif

ah, thinking big! Keep it up.

Those multi-highways are quite ponderous. Later I'd like to see if you can get Sims to really use them!
