The Store Is Closed

I just noticed that the ST store is not linked to in the left banner.  Has the store been taken down for a while for new stuff to be added?

EDIT:I whent to check and discoverd cafepress is currently down anyway.

Hmm.. Cafepress works here... when you type Simtropolis in google, its the second link from the top. It all works here...

Mikeaut1 is right.  The store is still available, it is just no longer linked to from the left panel...

The only real other reason I can think of is when ST normally upgrades new logo's e.t.c are applied to the site. Perhaps dirk planning to revamp ST's collection of items.

Maybe without the store it lets the site run faster, but from what I'm gathering here, is that it is still up and running, there just isn't a hyperlink on the website. Personally, I think the website was making more money from donations than from the store.

My store when complete will have T-shirts/coffee mugs/ mouse pads/ Jet and yacht decals/bumper stickers/hoodys/ Parkas/underwaer and much more.... All of this merchandise is handled and shipped thru Spreadshirt. I just generate the sales and website.

 

Best part of this is; Spreadshirts CEO is Mark Seremet, former developer of Grand Theft Auto game.

 

Mark is one of the coolest cats around. friendly, creative and lots of fun to talk to!

 

He puts out the funniest and most interesting newsletters too! I mean you actually look forward to reading them every month!

 

 

EDIT: hey, I almost forgot! Dirk, if ever you wish to use Spreadshirt for your store, can you tell Mark, Mike The marketing guy sent you? I been trying to get them to start a referral program, for franchises.
