Looks very well. I do however have some suggestions now.

1. Try and change your pictures to JPEG format, so they load faster. Currently, they are PNG, straight out of the albums folder in your SC4 folder. Try and reformat them to JPEG. If you need help doing that, PM me! 1.gif
 
2. Maybe you can make the pictures bigger. How about 640x480, that's a great size to use for a city journal.
 
Overall this is awesome work, very promising. Hope to see some more updates soon! 44.gif

hmm seems as though anyone can just waltz into the SCJU....

Well I like those docks,but flatten the land a little....also the snow and the land looks very real,but if you want more comments then all you must do is convert your pictures to Jpeg as mike has said....

Interesting, looking forward to seeing more. So if you're a Hokie, does that mean you goto Virginia Tech and does Nova York refer to Northern VA? I think it would be so neat if someone created a region based on DC and Northern VA/MD.

    (I originally was building on the New York Map,But decided to change it to an Island CJ)
