Yes, NAM is free. Also, if you haven't noticed, the STEX is free as well. There are many buildings that you can download for your cities.

anyway...it's free...to extract it is free and the knowelege is free.

Simtropolis will not charge you for membership,downloading or commenting...the only things that cost money here are the things you can buy in the ST Store or Donating...you have to donate $20 to be able to receive the STEX Collectors CD.

But downloading on STEX,Commenting on the forums,Joining the site,contributing to STEX is free.
