WOW! Joerg, this project has gotten me into the city building mood again. I'm looking forward to seeing what becomes of this. Thanks for sharing your great discovery.

Oh the possibilities! I can't wait to get my hands (or cursor rather) on this modd. About flowing water, I'm sure that once this was released people can make waterfalls, sloped BATs (not sure how they would really work though, you'd have to conform the land to the slope). or just textures.

What is up with this froth thing ? Are we asking for a beer textured lake ? lol

Coors Lake State Park. Have to be 21 to swim here. Please show ID to the life guard before entering the water.

Believe in only what you can prove.

Well not to be a jerk or anything JO but mind showing me the lots you made perhaps we could sort of combine ideas and make something alittle better.  Heck im not saying this is the most amazing bat ever becuase i think all batters here know this is just a simply 4 polly plain with a texture on it.  Anyways ive been in touch with EQ and he now has the model files. Also i would love to see some new waterfalls and dam lots to emerge from this.  I may not  have the time myself but anyone wanting the textures for such lots just shoot me a PM and i would be happy to send them to you.

Here is where my idea sort of originated as you can see its over a year old lol.  This was back when the mod squad was making its own bat.

I belive my thread is somewhere around the dead corners of the forgetness, I recall that it was just a 6x6 box
    EDIT: WooHoo found it: Clicky

As you see we basically had the same idea3.gif
(heck, that also happened with a small addon for oppie's canals which I never released and seasonal props, I have no proofs for those though18.gif)

in fact it is  possible to make a above sea level pond.this sometimes happen when a nuclear power plant explode, and beneath it is a pond sometimes, but i wouldnt recommend this because the surroundings become radioactive.

Yah dont worry guys next time i see either fosterk or EQ on msn i will talk to them abotu getting this ready to go.  I woudl like to finish some of my other stuff too.  If anyone has some rendering time and experience with 3dsmax bat i would love to talk to you about getting my old sundome project rendered.  The model is ready to render i just cant get 3dsmax to render corectly on my system.  The model has also been redone to compensate for the lighting bugs in 3dsmax.
