Palmgurl, the reasons for closing this CJ have been exposed some times. The main one is because it is uncontrollable. Too big. No Table of contents, and if you try to find something in the CJ, you become crazy browsing and browsing pages. That is not what I wanted.
118 pages are A LOT of pages, so is a good moment to finish it. As you will notice in Simtropia, the CJ is under control right from the beginning, and a proper Table of Contents is available from the first day, (first post in the first page), so as the time goes, it will be much more controllable and user friendly.

I dont mind to send you the region, is a 95 MB zip file, but you will have to make sure you have all and every lot, BAT and mod I used to create it, because if not, it will not work 34.gif. In fact, I can not open now some of the cities in Columbia River, because I removed many lots/BATs/mods that I originally used.
So tell me if you are still interested, and I can try to upload the file to the internet, so you can download it.

Btw, Timotheus4 makes also a very good appointment (as usual 2.gif). What is good, if short, twice good. ( Sorry, this is a word by word translation from a Spanish proverb. I hope you get the idea 2.gif

    Have a nice day 44.gif !!!

    Welcome to Simtropolis!

I am pretty sure Jeronij has closed this city journal. Therefore, he will not be able to comment here much longer I don't think. Try and direct your question through PM to Jeronij, or post in Simtropia. Thanks.

This CJ, SCR, is in fact finished.  There will not be a CJ reactivation by Jeroni.  However, he has started a new CJ called Simtropia which can be found here https://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/view.asp?topicID=68274&pageNo=1&num=20#670770 .  That CJ is definitely starting off great.  Where Jeroni left off with this one is where he is starting with that one, so it is bound to be better! 44.gif

    Jeronij,

I love this picture and have been trying to create an Avenue Tunnel just like this one. But how did you do it? 37.gif I've been trying to use the Hole Digger lot's, but they don't work this close to the water!

Also, do you have a larger version of this pic I could use for a desktop wallpaper? I love this pic!

You have to raise the land above the waterlevel and then make the tunnel. Last you lower land again. Try do a search for tunnel.

PS: Please don't dumb old threads. Thanks.

PLEASE read the All-in-One Simtropolis Guide to Posting

Thanks, I'm getting it working. It's a lot of work. I thought maybe Jeronij might have had some tips to make it easier.

What do you mean by dumb old threads???

    Jeronij:
I do have another question about that picture. I cannot find any seawalls like you have there that are only 1 piece(the wall), and don't have a park or something for the top. Is that something you made yourself and is not available??? Or where can I find it??

He means don't reactivate dead threads.  Jeronij has closed this CJ and might not even check it anymore.  Send him a PM if you have a question, you're more likely to get a response that way.  I wouldn't post questions about this CJ in his new one, though. 20.gif

    Happy city-building,
