Can someone help identify this lot?

Hello,
Not sure what category this post would best suite.
Does anyone know, or can educate me on how to know if these buildings are custom lots or Maxis Originals? The query looks normal and lists the name as Apartments.
Sorry, I went on a downloading spree and have lost track of what I installed.

The buildings look like Maxis original medium-density lots. The only thing on those lots that look custom are the cars.

Even the custom cars come from a popular override of the Maxis ones. Could be the work of JIM or Mikeseith. But the building itself is from the base game.
