Their adverts are DISGUSTING and PERVERTED - usually involving sick-minded sexual mutation.  I don't know if they scare kids, but their ads certainly make me want to hide behind the sofa.  They make me want to vomit.   Filth like this shoud not be on a constructive site ike this.

Unfortunately we don't have much control over the adverts that appear on site if you are viewing as a guest ... I'll ping @Cyclone Boom in case I'm wrong and that's something that can be tweaked, but otherwise I'm afraid they are going to keep popping up, about the only plus is these adverts tend to run in cycles so at some point they will disappear and be replaced by something else, I realize that doesn't help the current situation and am truly sorry for the upset they are causing you, and no doubt other people as well.

I would recommend installing a browser extension that blocks the ads, such as uBlock Origin. I have never seen the ads that ST shows to guests with that extension installed, plus it allows you to do things like block ST's holiday light and snow effects.

Why should we "keep it friendly" if this site's managers won't??

When I log onto this site, what is the first thing I see?

Do you really, seriously think that this is good for the kids to see???

I joined this site, believing it to be "family-friendly", only to see it facial-scarred by Hero Wars when a player socres points stabbing some poor dude in the back for the heinous crime of spending a day off going fishing.  Huh, big hero!  What sort of moral vaues do you think that this inspires in children?

Seriously, will you do nothing to get this filth off your site?

Hey there, I work a lot with Google Adsense and the like and unfortunately there is nothing we can do globally. All we can do is set what categories of ads we want to show, and generally that's as much as we can do and sometimes "non family friendly" ads slip through.

What you *can* do, however is click on the little blue/white X in the top right corner of the ad, click on "Send Feedback", then click on "This ad is inappropriate".

Once you've done that, said lady with tentacles (or whateveritis) will not show up again, but also I'd suggest getting an adblocker with a Do-Not-Track extension. They show ads based on what you've searched for in the past

That was a cagey little dig, if I do say so myself!

Most savvy users use AdBlock or some other, so bumping this thread is probably creating more curiosity than the OP wants. And helping the advertiser win. AB and ignore it.
