Rail connection to Seaport

I'm not sure if this question is addressed anywhere else. How do I connect Pegasus' seaports to my freight rail? Is it just by having the rail line end next to the ports? I can't remember.

The ports do have a TEed entrance that can be used or you can simply run the rail next to the port. Either way permits acces to rail tranport.
