In the code is everything you need to know about a minimize button.
You add the two icons, a settings file in the folder Dialog, and make changes in the UI section in the Template file.

The settings file must have a unique name, so it won't get mixed up with other minimize buttons.
You change the name/path to the StringTable and the SpriteSheet in that file.

The Template file's UI section contains two extra entries. They point to the settings file in Dialog:

That's all. I have included a compiled mod, but the vanilla Town Hall will often get overwritten by other mods.
Place this mod high up in the load order.
