Maxis Parking Lot Texture Bug

Recently I decided to clean out my mods folder, I basically uninstalled everything except NAM and some dependencies. I made sure to completely erase all of my regions and cities so it was a true fresh start but when I booted up the game to test if things were working correctly I noticed all of the buildings were missing their parking lots, some base textures, and trees. Thinking that i had some kind of parking lot override mod or flora mod still installed I proceeded to completely uninstall the game. When I reinstalled the game I skipped the mods and tried to run the game vanilla and the buildings were still missing their textures.64fe7ec7d7a9a_NewCity-May.6001694399825.jpeg.9cdf148323a1362bf3c58d28cf42457c.jpeg64fe7edec87c8_NewCity-May.6001694399945.jpeg.4ed35263c04162a02042a62a843cc3f2.jpeg

You might need to check your game settings to see if everything is set to 'Low'. If yes, then just select a higher setting.
