Maxis Parking Lot Texture Bug

Recently I decided to clean out my mods folder, I basically uninstalled everything except NAM and some dependencies. I made sure to completely erase all of my regions and cities so it was a true fresh start but when I booted up the game to test if things were working correctly I noticed all of the buildings were missing their parking lots, some base textures, and trees. Thinking that i had some kind of parking lot override mod or flora mod still installed I proceeded to completely uninstall the game. When I reinstalled the game I skipped the mods and tried to run the game vanilla and the buildings were still missing their textures.

You might need to check your game settings to see if everything is set to 'Low'. If yes, then just select a higher setting.

Ah, I thought i had everything set to max but i didnt.  thanks
