Game won't load

game wont load past title screen did suggestions on steam still doesnt load. just crashes each time.

i use windows 11

 

i have looked for fixes and none of them worked

Define 'Title Screen' please.

On startup you get the Splash Screen with the SC4 Logo, then it opens the Region View, where you can select a city to load. At which point during this process is the game stalling, the more specific you can be, the better advise we can give you.
