Can't install NAM 45

So im trying to install NAM with NetworkAddonMod_Setup_Version45, i already have my sc4 patched with the 4 gb patch but when i run NetworkAddonMod_Setup_Version45 it says

The 4 GB Patch was successfully applied - ready for NAM installation.

im NOT trying to download a patch i already have, im trying to download NAM, so i tried running the bat again and now i get 

The 4 GB Patch was NOT applied.

also when the admin permissions shows it says im trying to run the 4 gb patch for some reason, like if NetworkAddonMod_Setup_Version45 was a shortcut to 4gb patch, deleting 4gb patch and running NetworkAddonMod_Setup_Version45 again shows The 4gb_patch.exe file was not found in this folder.

NAM Installer requires JAVA to make it work

Updating NAM does not require you to proceed using .bat but directly with the installer NetworkAddonMod_Setup_Version45.jar

I recommend you to manually apply the 4GB Patch manually
