Power plant rebuy automatic

any plugin for fix the problem of the power plant?

this work for some years and after i need to rebuy it again, destroy and buy it again.. also for water supply..

this made really stress because sometimes explode everything or i stay without water because i dont see the condition of every building...

if that can rebuy it alone should be better..

 

any advice? plugin?

You might find the following mod useful for this purpose:

 

This increases the lifespan of Utility structures (power plants and water pumps), so they don't degrade as quickly due to age.

i know that plugin but look like a cheat, would be better a plugin that buy again the building and the cost of building stay the same..

I'm afraid it is impossible to totally erase the deterioration effects. You can extend them for a completely, unrealistically looooong time, but you cannot remove them.

maybe a rebuyit would be great.. automatic rebuy, for be more realistic.. is a cheat this mode i think

Not a bad idea. Power plant replacing itself without user's interaction.
