I need help with SC4Launcher

How do you fix this? I can't see part of the UI. Also it won't let me scroll with the cursor it makes me use the arrow keys. Thanks.

It is obvious that you are running in Windowed mode. It would also appear that you have set the window size to to the same resolution as your Windows desktop, hence  part of the Game UI being hidden by the Windows Task bar. When I set the size of the Windowed program to the same resolution as the Windows Desktop, I see the same as what you show.

I would normally say that hiding the Task Bar would fix the problem, but it didn't when I tried it. So the only other option would be to lower the size of the Windows so you can see the entire UI. Changing the game window resolution fixes the issue.

I didn't experience any issues with scrolling when the game window was the same resolution as the Windows Desktop.
