Futuristic Styled Pluggins

Hello there! I'm kindda new here and I'm having a bad time finding some good futuristic pluggins, so far I've only found about 10 buildings that I liked enough to download. What I'm especifically looking after are some buildings with an cyberpunk architecture, and also some solarpunk and general futuristic stuff would be great too.

I'm trying to build one futuristic city that have a bit of a design mix, like poor areas with an cyberpunk aesthetic and richer areas with an more Utopian solarpunk style, honestly, the end result will look way worse than what is on my mind now, but I at least want to give it a try!

Also some pluggins with futuristic vehicles (especially flying ones) would be very nice!

I would gladly accept any suggestions and ideas if someone could help me, thanks anyway and hope y'all have an nice day!

Cool idea... sort of reminds me of the archologies from SC2000.   It'd be nice to have some "futuristic" to fill the void....

The community of SimCity 4 have tons of historic and modern styled plugins, but very few futuristic ones. So I made a list 10 years ago that still contains the biggest collection of futuristic buildings, regions, backgrounds, mods, vehicles, models e.t.c. of green buildings, ultra-modern skyscrapers, arcologies, spacecrafts, underground cities, alien colonies, Martian buildings, vertical hydroponic farms, futuristic airplanes, extraterrestrial maps and not only.

Keep in mind that this list hasn't been updated since 2015 and new stuff have been made since then, such as a hologram of Ironman, a data center and even a cryonuclear fusion reactor. I remember I promised to update the list 6 months ago and I'm gonna do it hopefully soon.

I love those! They will fit really well with the more solarpunk area that I'm thinking about. Mayber they can merge really well with my parisian buildings and make an cool "rich old town" with those green and utopian futuristic stuff! Thanks!

I never  actually got around playing SC2000, but it really looks like the game has some nice futuristic buildings and stuff, the only other "futuristic" that I know which can fill this void now is SC2013 with Cities of Tomorrow expansion, there are some really good stuff there!

Also if you're looking for other games with this kind of stuff I absolutely need to recommend Anno 2070, probaly the 2nd best city builder I ever played! Another good one that's still in development is Skid Cities, it has many inspirations from SC4 and the developer is really nice!

Also you're right about the lack of futuristic stuff on mods, btw I feel the absence of this style in the city-builder genre as a whole. There arevery few games that come out with these aesthetics, and even fewer on the style of SC or CS.

It literally comes to a point where one of my favourite futuristic city builders is literally SC2013, and kindda gives me a little bit of hope for an CS version of Cities of Tomorrow, but  so far the best one that I have played is certainly Anno 2070, I'm really exited to play Skid Cities too, as I couldn't play it that much in the closed Beta.

If you like building futuristic cities, you might want to give Skid Cities a try.

It's available on Steam in Early Access, and @rob_mtl has taken an interview with the developer of the game.

I actually know this game, I played a bit on the closed Beta, sadly not that much as my computer somehow struggled with the game lol 

Thankfully the developer is a really cool guy and he helped me a lot by fixing the  issues I had during my tests. Also he is really acessible on discord, if you have any problem or sugestion for the game he will always reply and try to adress it, looking foward to buy the game soon know that the closed beta is over!
