Different color terrain?

How do I make my entire terrain this texture color (desert)?  I've downloaded the desert flora pak but that's only for plopping in "God mode" with brushes & trees... 

Here's the link to my reference...

Scroll thru my Cori's Terrain Shoppe (Linkys to and Pictures of every Terrain Mod) and pick the terrain mod which has the colors you like. Then download it, get any dependencies it has, and install all of those in your Plugins folder.
