is the Views Counter broken? All new Threads shows 0 Views.

Well spotted indeed. I see the problem, and this does happen every so often.

Basically there is a database table which tallies up the pending view count changes for items across the site. Then there is a task which goes through every few minutes to process this and apply them to update the counts. But sometimes (as has occurred here), this lags behind and leaves lots of views still to be processed. It often is the case when the daily site backup is especially demanding on server load, and it explains why as of typing there are 42,264 views to be unaccounted for.

To speed this up for the view counts to update, I've set the task to go through and process them faster. As a result the views will be fixed within the next few hours.

And could we talk about the Cash Donatiopn without Alex? I wont wait that long, to see him online in Month- Years. Im done with my downloads soon and i have my own Cellection.

I think, he dosent exist.
