Is it possible to make some kind of a disease mod?

hi.

there's something i need to mention. I'm kinda new to programming but don't mind learning and English its not my first language so forgive me if I sounded stupid.

I want to make a mod that basically monitors where all citizen been. then visualize it just like the traffic overlay. it work like this, every few second or minute I want to save each citizen location and that location save individually(like this guy been here few days ago) and will be deleted every 14 days or something. then from all of that data it will be visualize just like traffic overlay.

then I want to make a something to represent covid 19 spread by making some kind of disease mod. it works something like this, for example, a citizen have a disease or something to represent it. they can spread that disease by being close to someone or drop a disease spreading object that have a chance to give that disease to someone nearby it like how covid 19 transmissions. and citizen that have it after a few days will automatically go to a hospital then disappear. but some of them can skip that process and keep spreading that disease for few more days before that disease gone.

for some context. i want to make a mod something like this bc I have a research paper(or something idk what it called) about a covid 19 mapping concept, its a must to make a research paper for graduating my high school.

it does not have to work like what I mentioned above but the main thing i want to know is it possible. I'm sorry if it bit confusing to understand it or that to much to ask. and everything will be appreciated.
