Hi can someone help me by making this for me thank you if at all possible for free as i do not have the money to pay you for this if at all thanks i have Asperger syndrome learning difficulties makes it hard for me to understand the editor properly dont get me i tried even with video help on youtube. It would only really be me using it i would need the files for it so i can load it in the editor then i would upload it to the workshop as a private mod as i find it more easy to use from the workshop and to keep track of.

It is basically my mums work place witch i spent a lot of time at its a charity volunteer cafe with computers and also has help groups run from it also sells stuff to help keep it open but its shutting down due to the problem going on at the moment and the stupid church since the church own it.

i would love to be able to have it as a low commercial shop in my cities mostly to remember it as i met a lot of people there my experience with making assets like this is not very good at all ive tried making buildings did not turn out well since i just dont get the editor i can make a park though.

could someone help the moment it appears in my city i would make it a historic build so it dont go and do this for me please i added picture of the front and back of it i am from the uk .
