Does anyone know the height difference from the surface of the land to the top of the maxis in game water surface?

The standard water level is 250m so I that's the deepest you can get from the bottom of the map to the top of water.  Beaches come right down to there. Level land on a new flat map is 270m. If you use the cheat

 CTRL+X then type in  terrainquery  ENTER 

you can see the elevation by using the mouse over the map
