I found this pic in the NAM 36 documentation and i want to know how to create an on\off ramp that goes from one to two lanes and how to get this type of intersection where on\off ramps meet roads, avenues, etc (the pic is using FAR pieces but I just need orthagonal) Are on\off ramp intersections compatible with 6 lane avenues?

The setups you show are very specific pieces that are very inflexible, i.e. they realistically have a singular purpose. However, since you are not looking to make FAR junctions, the standard RHW pieces should do fine.

In the Highway Menu, find the Width Transitions item, there exists a MIS to RHW-4 transition.

MIS can be dragged right through most networks, including the AVE-6. However, RHW-4 isn't always so flexible, but since OWR is basically the same, you can use that for the junction part to get around a lack of RHW-4 support.

I've made a sample RHW-10 x AVE-6 interchange, just to give you a better idea of how to piece everything together:

This is about as tight as you can go, I'm using D1 Draggable Flex Ramps from/to the main highway, this ensures the MIS part of the width transitions doesn't require starter pieces. However, the RHW-4 part absolutely needs starters, you should place the Width Transition first, then overplop the correct end with the RHW-4 starters. The connection with AVE-6 uses OWR, but needs a tile space for the OWR-RHW-4 transition, which is automatic. If you use the spacing as shown here, everything should work fine and be stable.

Head over to my Lot and Mod Shack to keep abreast of my latest developments.

Do you like custom textures, but don't like all the work involved creating them?, take a look at the Texture Automation options here. Change the look and feel of your transit networks, with the minimum of effort, for example customised versions of my Sidewalk NAM (SWN) and Terrain Grass NAM (TGN) mods, and much more besides.

New to the NAM? Check out my tutorials on YouTube. Latest upload: How to: RHW - MHO Roundabout Interchanges. (Nov 25).

p.s. - I'm MGB over on SC4D and a member of the NAM team.
