Do you guys know how to fix the inaccurate "Garbage Cans" and "Recycling Bins" Collected problem statistic? Looking at the map it's not showing the accurate statistics either. Whose help is this exactly? It really is quite sad, but I want the problem fixed because I'm playing it.

Did you ever figure out how to fix?  My recycling all of a sudden stopped and only shows 90 bins in an 80k+ city with full education stats.
