City hall, small, medium and high... every time I put the City Hall, small, Medium or High, there are brown boxes, so seems I have left some plugins to make this work... anyone can helpr and tell me the plugins I have to installl... thanks

The bright coloured flags from the No Brown Boxes mod you've installed are indeed proof of missing dependencies (the flags replace the brown boxes).

However, I believe based on your screenshot, the reason they're showing on the City Hall is due to a bug. Basically it contains flora props which may cause custom models to be shown instead of trees. So each time the lot is built in the game, it can randomly select from MMP items you may have installed. As far as I'm aware, this could be any ploppable item available for placement via the Mayor Mode flora menu.

To prevent this, there's a fix for the City Hall which removes those flora props. Then there will be no reference to the custom models since they'll be replaced by two maple trees. As the description explains, remember to bulldoze all existing City Halls from your cities before installing the fix.

Those missing models would likely require further looking into. It's possible other installed content requiring them will also show with dependencies missing.
