Missing road animation

Just recently when I started to replay SimCity 4 Deluxe on Windows 10 through Origin when building any type of road the construction of the road had vanished. The road will appear but the animation of yellow trucks etc is missing. Do not know about the animation of growable lots if that animation of building a building is shown. Any solutions to what happened and how to fix it?

OK... First, please forgive me if I parse your broken English incorrectly.

Second: The "Origin" version of the game is buggy and unpatchable. It should be banned from distribution and sale everywhere in the civilized world. Demand your money back and buy the game from GoG, or possibly Steam (but Gog is best).

Third: Don't worry about construction-time animation. It's just for show (what we around here call "eye-candy"). As soon as you build a road, it's built.

I installed the new NAM version and the SC4 update encase it was one of them. Now the road construction trucks appear even though they might be "eye candy" I did like then showing in the game.
